How We Work

We understand that rebuilding a life after domestic abuse can involve many practical challenges, from securing everyday essentials to creating a safe and stable environment for yourself and your family. These needs can often arise at a time when financial pressures, housing costs, childcare and other responsibilities are already difficult to manage.

Our practical support is focused on helping women access essential items that can make a meaningful difference during periods of transition. This may include clothing, bedding, children’s items, household essentials and other everyday necessities, depending on available resources and individual circumstances.

We want women to feel supported with dignity and without judgement. Practical assistance can provide some immediate relief while helping create a stronger foundation for the next step.

Through our developing support model, we aim to work with trusted community partners, donors and organisations to make useful resources available to women who need them.

Our goal is simple: to help ease some of the practical pressures, restore a sense of stability and support women as they move towards a safer and more independent future
